How do I manage my Checkout By Amazon orders?

Do I need a user account to place an order?

You must have a user account with shop.fruit.com or Amazon to place an order.

How do I set up a user account with shop.fruit.com?

Setting up an account is easy. Simply follow these directions. To set up a user account, please click here, and then enter your contact information and shipping address. Follow the directions to set up your account and password.

Can I cancel or make a change to my order once it has been submitted?

Sorry, cancellations or changes cannot be made once your order has been submitted.

What is the status of my order and how can I track it?

You will receive two emails after you place your order: an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. The order confirmation email will arrive in your inbox immediately upon placing an order to let you know your order is being processed. A shipping confirmation email will arrive when your order has been shipped and will include an order tracking number.

What carrier will you use to ship my order?

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

What payment methods does Fruit of the Loom accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Will I be charged sales tax or additional fees?

All sales tax and/or any additional fees will be displayed at checkout.

We only accept returns for items purchased from shop.fruit.com. If you purchased the item elsewhere, please contact the retailer to complete your return.

We do not allow customers to purchase Fruit of the Loom gift cards or gift wrapping. However, we do allow customers to send friends and family a free $5 electronic Fruit of the Loom gift card/promotion code. Send a gift card.
